50th Anniversary

The Challenge

In 2019, the Woodstock Official Store celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the original history-making festival with a robust selection of new merchandise and music, as well as an epic sweepstakes.

The Concept

We began supporting this campaign early in the year with mostly organic marketing efforts including email blasts and social posts from the official Woodstock accounts that featured the store’s new products as they were released, as well as interesting facts about the original festival.

In the summer, as we approached the actual anniversary date, we ramped up our marketing efforts by layering in targeted social ads, paid search campaigns, google shopping ads, as well as launching a sweepstakes where we gave fans a chance to win a special edition Woodstock Martin DX guitar & a number of 50th Anniversary merch bundles.

In addition to marketing support, we relied on vital contributions from our creative designers, client services team, and warehouse crew to make this campaign a true success.
