For Sam Hunt’s 2017 15 in a 30 Tour we wanted to create a campaign that would both promote Hunt’s tour merchandise and help to grow his email subscription list.
In order to accomplish this we ran a sweepstakes that gave fans a chance to win a meet and greet with Sam Hunt at a show of their choosing. Three lucky runner-up winners also received tour merchandise bundles. The sweepstakes was promoted through Sam Hunt’s social channels.
The contest received 15,000 entries on June 15th after Sam Hunt posted about it to his 531K twitter followers and 1,052,405 Facebook audience. The email subscription list grew from 3,419 to 14,337… over 400% size increase!
