For the highly anticipated release of Camila Cabello’s self-titled album in January 2018, we wanted to design a pre-order campaign that would both help engage fans and drive revenue.
Musictoday built a webstore for Camila that reflected the aesthetic of this popular artist. Fans were offered a number of unique products and bundles including signed vinyl and CDs, posters, and apparel. Exclusive items were also offered for a limited time at various price points throughout the pre-order period. Marketing campaigns were launched over several channels including Facebook, Instagram, and email in order to reach her vast network of fans.
Camila also linked organically to the store on several of her social channels to boost fan traffic. Her Instagram post featuring the ‘How to Control’ hoodie generated over 900k likes and 10k comments.
