Veronica McAllister recently moved departments at Musictoday, originally starting with Customer Service and making the transition to Client Services in the past few months. Now her official title with Musictoday is Client Services Assistant. With her new role, Veronica is responsible for helping account managers and clients in a variety of ways, including creating SKUs, comp orders, banners, pre-order shortage reports, and more.
When asked about her transition from Customer Service to Client Services, Veronica said, “Everyone has been super helpful. Having the experience with Customer Service has helped me approach Client Services with an emphasis on keeping the customer in mind and always trying to view things from the eyes of the customer.”
Her favorite memory from her time with Musictoday was the Crozet parade earlier this summer in which MT had a number of employees come out with MT gear and more to hand out. For her, it allowed her to see her friends and family together and get an idea of how MT fits in the Crozet community.

Outside of work, you can find Veronica spending time with her children. She also enjoys shopping and spending time with her kids at the beach. You can catch her listening to country music, and specifically, her favorite artist, Eric Church. Her love for country started early when she attended her first ever concert which was a Tracy Byrd show at Crozet Park. She specifically remembers hearing his song “The Watermelon Crawl.”
When asked what her favorite product or client she has worked with at MT was, she resorted back to her love for country by answering Chris Stapleton. About that experience, she said, “It’s really cool to get to do work for one of your favorite artists, especially someone as talented as Chris Stapleton.”
Veronica is yet another example of a music lover working here at Musictoday!
