One-Stop Shop Features Merchandise from Hundreds of Artists
The Musictoday Superstore relaunched on Musictoday’s new store platform this month. The in-house e-commerce store allows visitors worldwide to browse and shop tens of thousands of products from their favorite artists and check out with one cart from both desktop and mobile devices.
With mobile search continuing to grow, Musictoday implemented a new responsive e-commerce site that will adapt to visitor device, allowing those on mobile devices to browse and shop the Superstore assortment with ease.
The new robust and simplified digital experience helps visitors explore a large assortment of merchandise from hundreds of artists including Katy Perry, Chris Stapleton, Bassnectar and Jerry Garcia. Music fans can shop band t-shirts, movie soundtracks, tour posters and more. The home page showcases featured artists based on e-commerce performance and current events, the newest additions to the store, and best-selling products from all of the artist stores Musictoday powers.
“In addition to providing a one-stop shop for entertainment merch, we hope to use the Superstore to showcase best in class e-commerce practices to our clients,” said Joey Porterfield, Marketing Director. “It will also allow us to experiment with new e-commerce technologies and techniques.”
Over the next several weeks, the Musictoday team will begin to rollout online advertising initiatives for the Superstore including email marketing, paid search, display retargeting and more.
